"Rottingdean Place is a private residential estate situated to the north of Rottingdean village near Brighton. Previously a convent dating back to 1910, a redevelopment in the late 1980`s now provides private apartments for about 150 residents on an attractive downland site. The redevelopment included the provision of leisure facilities with a tennis court, sauna, heated indoor pool and gymnasium.

Derek Brown, a specialist swimming pool engineer for Pool-Tec, located in nearby Peacehaven has provided us with technical support from day one when he was responsible for the pool build programme.

Pool-Tec have continued to give excellent customer service for the day to day running of the pool and is currently involved with us in a project to update and improve the air and water heating equipment by using a modern heat pump system with significant energy saving benefits.

Pool-Tec is also a stockist for the chemicals required in pool water treatment and again we have had, for many years, a reliable service from them."
