I have employed Pool-Tec since they installed the swimming pool [20 metre indoor pool], Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room in my house in 1997, since that time Pool-Tec have maintained the pool. From first meeting Derek Brown to the present day I have been impressed with his technical knowledge, levels of service and ‘can do’ attitude, and that he always looks for the most economical solutions.
As a main board director of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club I recommended Pool-Tec to our estates and facilities manager for the contract to maintain the hydro pool installation at our new £35 million state of the art training ground at Lancing West Sussex. The feedback from the club on Derek’s performance has been excellent.
I always find that Derek will go the extra mile to help, examples of which are when he stopped at my house on the way to the airport for his family holiday, just to check all was ok on a new installation he had carried out, or visiting on weekends and bank holidays if needed.

Ocklynge Junior School has been in association with Pool-Tec for over 18 years now.
